TRUMAN'S SAUCE FOR PASTA
4 slices bacon, diced
2 cup chopped green pepper
2 onion
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pound lean ground beef
3 cups tomato paste
(2 cans) 3 cups canned consommé, undiluted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoon oregano, crumbled
2 pound pasta
