Bring water to rapid boil add salt to taste
Add One pound shrimp
Wait for water to boil again
cook two minutes remove immediately
to colander run under cold tap water for 3-5 minutes.
Place clean dish towel in bowl pour shrimp in bowl and refrigerate
for two hours.
